Most cookie banners break these rules - they make refusal hard, pre-check categories, force a 'legitimate interest'. CookieFox does the opposite, in line with RODO and art. 399 of the Electronic Communications Law, and you cannot disable the requirements in the panel.
The legal requirements are baked into the banner and scanner code. You configure the look and categories - you cannot break RODO by accident.
Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, maps and other scripts do not run until the visitor gives consent. Google Consent Mode v2 starts in 'deny' mode and updates after the decision.

A Consent Management Platform (CMP) is a tool that collects and stores visitors' consent to cookies and blocks tracking scripts until it is given. CookieFox is a CMP for the Polish and EU market: a consent banner, a cookie scanner, a preference center and a consent log in one.
Yes. Cookies other than strictly necessary require prior, freely given consent - this follows from RODO and art. 399 of the Electronic Communications Law (PKE). Consent must be as easy to refuse as to give, and you must be able to demonstrate it. CookieFox meets these requirements by default.

No. Google ads require a certified CMP from Google's list, and CookieFox is not (yet) on that list. For regular sites, stores and analytics it is fully suitable.
We limit access to the panel, but the banner and consent collection for your visitors keep working. It is a RODO requirement - we do not leave clients' sites without compliance.
